Folks,
The IT department is in the process of setting up an Electronic Field Trip Sign up list in ETA. This function is still in work and is estimated to be completed in about a month. Once the Electronic Field Trip sign-up in ETA is up and running, there will be a three (3) week window to update your field trip qualifications.
Then, the current Field Trip list in the Overtime office will be uploaded into the Electronic Field Trip list in ETA. Please be aware that the current electronic field trip list in ETA is inactive and will not be used.
Also, IT is working on removing the contact numbers for hourly employees in ETA for privacy purposes.
We will keep all of you aware of any changes as we receive them.
Remember:
THE NEW ELECTRONIC FIELD TRIP LIST IS ONLY BEING TESTED RIGHT NOW AND IS NOT OPERATIONAL!
