Dear Members,
Beginning tomorrow, October 8, 2010, the Local Union will be taking requests for duplicate Tentative Agreement (TA) voting ballots. If you have not received your ballot or otherwise need a new one due to missing, lost or damaged materials please call the Local at 212-757-3463 Ext. 238.
You will need to have your SS# ready so the Local can verify you are an eligible voter and a member in good standing. The Local will send in a duplicate ballot request form and a new one will be mailed to you.
The deadline for duplicate ballot requests will be October 15, 2010. Should anyone have a problem or need further assistance please contact the local EWR Union office.
