As you know in December of 2010 a memo was sent out asking for volunteers from within the rank and file to be part of the Newark Maintenance Cost of Living committee.
This committee was created as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement in order to determine the high cost of living areas of each of the cities in which technicians and related are based. In the coming months ahead there will be the first of many meetings scheduled for the COLA Committee on how best to proceed.
