Our Latest Foreign Outsourcing Legislative Proposal The Teamsters has revised our legislative proposal on maintenance outsourcing to foreign repair stations. This current proposal drops the call for a moratorium on new foreign outsourcing, but goes well beyond the provisions included in the just adopted House Bill. Our current proposal is attached.
