APU Burn Team Grievance
Dear Members,
As many of you know by
know the Union has put the Company on notice
that they are violating the Scope of our Collective Bargaining Agreement by
allowing Ramp/Fleet Service employee(s) to perform work of mechanics covered
under our Mechanic and Related Agreement.
In preparation for an
expected arbitration case regarding the APU Burn Team a fill in form has been
created. This form will collect relevant data in regards to Ramp/Fleet service
personnel performing the work of mechanics in violation of the scope of the

Your input is extremely
important in the building of this case. Just as in any other grievance the
Union plans on presenting at a System/Joint Board of Adjustment or Arbitration
we must have as many documented instances of the violation(s) as we can
compile.
