The negotiation committee met with the company in Orlando on January 14 and 15, 2009 , to continue working toward a tentative Agreement.
The company responded to our initial proposal by giving us a counter proposal on Articles 2 and 3. The Union countered the company’s proposal and requested more specific information from the company concerning these Articles. With the additional information we expect to reach a tentative agreement on Articles 2 and 3 during our next meetings. We are scheduled to meet in Houston on January 28, 29 and In Los Angeles on February 24, 25, and 26, 2009.
