Dear Members,
The Tentative Agreements and ballots have been mailed to the members’ homes. Membership meetings will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at the Ramada Plaza (used to be the Holiday Inn North). The address is 160 Frontage Road.
There will be four (4) sets of meetings that will commence at the following times:
0830
1130
1500
1800
We suggest you take some time to read the full TA and write down any questions you have for the meetings.
The vote count will take place in Washington DC on Friday, October 22, 2010. Any member wishing to attend the vote count may do so on his own time (address and times to follow).
